Hotel Accommodations—Hampton Inn & Suites
The following special rates are applicable for (Sun-Thurs) April 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 2010:
            SINGLE/DOUBLE:                $119.00 per room per night
            SINGLE/DOUBLE SUITE:       $169.00 per room per night

Reservations Advisory
The rates quoted are net and are subject to any city, state, country or federal taxes applicable at the time of room occupancy. Currently, the combined sales tax is 13% plus a flat charge of $1.00 per room per night occupancy.   Cancellation required 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty.

Guest room reservations are to be made by the individual by calling 1-866-311-1200 requesting the group code “Gulf States AHSA 2010” (coded GSA)  and the dates. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card & must be made no later than March 27, 2010. Any requests received after March 27, 2009 will be handled on a space availability basis only. Remaining guest rooms are automatically released back to the hotel for general resale.

Check In and Check Out
Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am. Every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals and late departures. However, requests will be handled on an individual basis & will depend on the hotel’s current availability. Parking for hotel guest is available at a charge currently of $26.75 plus tax per night by Valet only (in and out access).  Additional parking for local attendees will be offered at the rate of $10.00 per vehicle (no in and out access) during hours of the event.  Once the lots are full, the attendees will be referred to the Fulton Parking Garage.

Billing Arrangements
All room, tax & incidental charges will be the responsibility of each individual guest unless otherwise specified in writing at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
